Aufgabe:System-FMEA:
- getting general overview & understanding of stakeholder requirements and derived ECU system requirements
- proactive generation of draft SFMEA structure (Structure analysis, Function analysis, Failure analysis) based on project's system architecture
- proactive generation of draft function net/ failure net including traceability to customer FMEA interface & FSM documentation
- proactive generation of measures & actions in order to optimize RPN
- organisation of internal joint review for draft SFMEA in order to complete SFMEA & define optimization actions where needed
- participation in customer meetings in order to adjust customer FMEA interface
- step-by-step refinement of existing FMEA/ consideration of relevant Continental guidelines/ regular report of the FMEA status
Design-FMEA
- getting general overview & understanding on ECU schematics and according design documents
- proactive generation of draft DFMEA structure (Structure analysis, Function analysis, Failure analysis)
- proactive generation of draft function net/ failure net including traceability to SFMEA, FSM documentation and PFMEA
- proactive generation of measures & actions in order to optimize RPN
organisation of internal joint review for draft DFMEA in order to complete DFMEA & define optimization actions where needed
- participation in customer meetings (eg. on-site review of DFMEA interface by customer)
- step-by-step refinement of existing FMEA/ consideration of relevant Continental guidelines/ regular report of the FMEA status
Anforderung:
- Specialist in FMEA methodology according VDA 4
- Specialist for APIS IQ-RM tool
- Experience with moderation
- Good understanding of ECU hardware design and/or ECU system design
- optional: Experience with other safety analysis (FMEDA, ...)
