2 x SAP CRM Consultants required by our global client based in Rheinland-Pfalz or Baden-Württemberg, for a short term contract position starting ASAP. The position will be a contract for 2-5 days with possible extension depending on outcomes.Position 1 - Tasks: (Interaction Centre) - Baden-Württemberg
- Analyse and resolve urgent issues occuring in the Clients SAP CRM Interaction Center solution and its integration with CTI/CASERIS/TK
- Minimum one on-site trip required to client location in Baden-Württemberg
Position 2 - Tasks: (ACE) - Rheinland-Pfalz
- Review current SAP CRM ACE (Access Control Engine) solution
- Review current issues experienced in SAP ACE (Access Control Engine) solution
- Propose and implement solutions
Required expertise
- Extensive expertise in SAP CRM implementation
- Strong experience with SAP CRM Interaction Centre AND its integration with CTI (and ideally CASERIS/TK) (for Position 1)
- Strong experience with SAP CRM ACE (Access Control Engine) - implementation/troubleshooting (for Position 2)
- Business proficient German and English language skills (doesnt have to be perfect)
Project parameters:
- Start date: ASAP (2nd July)
- Duration: estimated 2-5 days possibly longer
- Location 1 - Baden-Württemberg and remote
- Location 2 : Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany and remote (100% remote may also be possible)
