Ihre Aufgaben:
- Implementation and co-ordination of hardware, software and network components and communication installations
- Coordinating the activities of suppliers, consultants and support staff
- Installation and maintenance of PCs, peripherals, servers, networks and communication installations
- Follow-up on hardware, software, network and commmunications problems and invocation of the corrective actions and escalation procedures
- Testing and implementation of new software products and releases
- Monitorning availability of hardware, software and networks, maintaining an inventory of hardware, software and networks
- Creation of standardized installation and configuration structures (directory structures, menu systems, user interfaces, backup and recovery procedures)
- Advising users on workplace ergonomics and procurement
- Creation and maintenance of operating manuals, user guides and check lists
Ihre Qualifikation
- Knowledge of MS XP und Win 7. Office 2003 and 2007, ITIL-fundamentals
- English (intermediate level)
- Team player
