Main tasks:
- Understand production environment incidents/issues and provide quick solution/workarounds in an agile environment
- Work with L1/L2 and development teams
- Maintain and build environments, such as installation and configuration management working on certain customizations and integration activities
- Monitoring and deployment
Main qualifications
- Strong experience as an Oracle analyst
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- MQ, Java and XML experience
- Experience working in L1/L2/L3 is a plus
- Installation management experience is a plus
- Experience in testing, test case definition, test automation is a plus
- Payment experience is a plus
