Web Applications Developer - Stuttgart area
My client, a global telecommunications company, is seeking a Web Applications Developer for a 6 month period beginning on July 2nd.
The Network Application Management team develop software solutions with the aim of supporting the operational processes of the business. You will support new and further development of these applications, as well as the tools contained within them.
You must have good German & English language skills both in reading and writing.
Duties:
- Further development and operation of our current web application
- Further development of the DataCube based on the Talend software
- Optimization and refactoring of the existing code base
- Software development according to agile methods
- Evaluation of new tools and technologies
Requirements and qualifications:
- Very good project development experience with PHP
- In-depth experience in the development and programming of complex web applications
- Practical knowledge in dealing with Zymfony and knowledge in ZEND
- Knowledge in the development of web services (REST, SOAP)
- Good knowledge in dealing with relational databases
- Analytical and structured thinking
- High level of initiative, creativity and independence
- Awareness of software quality
The Hourly rate for this position is EUR 76.00
