Main tasks:
- Ensure that the tasks and requirements for the different teams and their functional interfaces match the overall platform strategy
- Ensure that communication between implementation teams is constant and aligned with core team
- Analyse potential clearing topics for functional strategy and implementation on AEM, Adobe Campaign and Adobe Target modules and components
- Identify potential functional risks because of knowledge, technology or communication gaps between teams
- Identify and propose next best steps (best-practise approach) for implementation, delivery and strategy on missing components, structures or tasks
Main qualifications
- Business experience in implementing Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Suite within a bank
- Know-how and experience in successful projects with focus on IT Community Alignment for efficient and outcome-oriented results
- Ability to enable and create cross-functional teams and outcomes on agile and community-driven methods
- Senior consulting experience in the digital and financial industry
- Expertise in digital community building and management
