For our client in Munich we are looking for a MS Exchange Administrator. Main tasks include technical support of tickets and change requests regarding Email and Azure AD.Tasks:
- Technical hands-on support in MS Exchange, Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory
- Setup of e.g. Email inboxes, Email distribution lists, Email rules, etc.
- Support of users and answering questions of users
Required Skills:
- Knowhow in Microsoft Exchange i.e. Outlook / Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory
- Knowhow in maximizing availability, performance, and security of Exchange Online
- Experience in IT Support and cooperation with Service Desks
- Great skills in coordination and communication
- Languages: native English (some German would be nice to have)
Project Details:
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 2 months
- Workload: ideally in Full Time 100%
- Location: Munich, Germany for the onboarding and then REMOTE
- Languages: English (native)
