Ihre Aufgaben:
- L2/L3 protocol stack development
- Commercialization of protocol stack with customers
- Analysis of mobile traces and fixing of reported defects
- Development of test cases with focus on identified defect/problem area and to increase/maintain test coverage using a proprietary PC-based test environment
- Technical responsibility for specific feature development derived from 3G Rel 6/7/8 and LTE protocol standards on an as needed basis
- Contribute to maintain the quality and architectural coherence of SW components as it evolves over its complete lifetime
- Interaction with developers on technical solutions
- Writing and maintaining SW documentation
Ihre Qualifikation
- Sound protocol stack working experience in design and development
- Good working knowledge of the software development life cycle including requirements gathering, analysis, detailed design, coding and verification
- Solid Knowledge of the 3G Rel 6/7/8 and LTE protocol standards - L2/L3 layers
- Knowledge of signalling procedures and scenarios occurring in real live networks
- Experienced in C coding for embedded systems
- Good working knowledge of Rational Clearcase for configuration management
- Able to work independently or with minimum supervision
- Ability to work under tight delivery schedules/timelines
- Strong interpersonal and team working skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
