We are looking for a "1st-3rd Level Support (m / f)" for our customer from the IT sector with the following basic conditions:Start: asap
Duration: 6 months +
Location: St. Leon-Rot
Tasks:
• support IT Infrastructure operations (e.g. 1st, 2nd, 3rd level IT support, Server and Landscape and Data center operations) which maintain ongoing business operation / business continuity. Hardware and software maintenance (break/fix, upgrades, etc.) is NOT included!
• Infrastructure specific Services: Network and Telecommunication Specialists, Storage-, Server-, SAP Basis –Operation Specialists, Client Technology Field Support, IT Helpdesk, IT NON-SAP Product Specialists, IT Security.
• 1. would be technology partner to build DWDM ring across globe.
• 2. Help to select capable vendor cross globe
• 3. Help to select finest technology
• 4. would support to stimulate DDM ring build globally.
