Candidate will be responsible for international program team support for a growing Data & IT Security group. The candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills, be internationally minded and prepared to frequently work with colleagues from over eleven countries. Possible requirement for occasional international travel. Englisch fließend

Experience:
International program coordination and event management
Strong organizational and communication skills
Target and time management of multiple international programs
Program presentation preparation and proofing of executive summaries
Program resource controlling and reporting

Additional knowledge:
Business Level English and German (English will be spoken/written 80% of work day)
MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Project)
Windows file and data management
Adobe
SAP
