Job Description:
Candidate will be expected to provide excellent expertise in SAP-HR PA and OM.

Additionally the candidate is very knowledgeable in the global HR-processes like performance management, compensation benefits, merit increase, lump-sum payment or short term incentive (implemented in SAP-HR system – ECC 6.0).

Furthermore the candidate has high practical experience in different SAP HCM products (Payroll, Time Management, Self Services, Training, and others).

Within these topics the evaluation, reassignment and solution-finding of end-user problems needs to be accomplished. This upcoming problems will be reported via incidents (“tickets”) to the B-Level.

The Candidate may also be requested to provide additional translation services with communications for the application support. Candidate should be proficient in German and English languages. This candidate will be responsible for translating and clarifying problems reported by HR customers primarily from the German to English languages.

Required Qualifications: – Excellent knowledge within SAP-HR PA and OM. – Practical experience with the global HR-processes mentioned above. – SAP-HR knowledge (Payroll, Time Management, Self Services, Training, and others). – Good practical experience to all components including customizing, transactions and reports. – Able to identify and interpret error messages from file attachments and provide added value in its meaning. – Native language is German – Proficient in English (in command of the written and spoken language)

Preferable Qualifications: – Peregrine Service Center, basic knowledge of ITIL – Practical experience in application support – SAP-HR knowledge (Masterdata, Payroll, Timemanagement) for further countries (Benelux, Spain, UK, Italy, France) – Experience with Incident Management techniques and tools – Ability to perform ABAP program coding incl. debugging – Knowledge of ITIL (Best Practices) – Additional language skills (French, Portuguese, Spanish, or Italian)
