Aufgabe:
Leadership of internal and external project
team and related meetings
- Building project team relationship
- Assistance in tracking expenditures and
budgets
- Development of structures, methods, procedures
and timing for implementation of assigned new product
launches according to PDP (Product Development
Process) / DPIM
- Close cooperation with sales, project lead, design
engineering, and new product launch teams to provide
consistency on communicating commitments to the
customer
- Planning and direction of schedules and budgets
monitoring the project process
- Organization of interdepartmental activities ensuring
completion of the project/product on schedule and within
budget constraints
- Relationship building with customers
- Cooperation with all departments and holds accountable
all participating
- Responsible for ensuring all key program milestones
according to program timing and established procedures
- Provides leadership and direction for various project
teams and customer project teams
- Maintenance of summary program status charts and
documentation. Supports any “red” items with root
cause explanation and recovery plans
- Development of cost models and simulation to local and
global P/L models and for engineering
- Tracking of engineering expenditures related to project
- Deep understanding of product profitability contributors
and overall impact related to program(s)
- Drives for ITAKONA (VA/VE) opportunity, while
ensuring closure
- Understanding and investigation of key cost contributors
(Sales / Penetration Rates)
- Assistance with budgets as directed

Laufzeit: Ende 2018 + Option auf Verlängerung
