Data Centre (VSS Protector-Packet broker) urgently required for interesting contract in Germany
The Data Centre (VSS Protector-Packet broker) will ideally have the following skills and expertise:
1. IT experience & 4 years' experience with VSS Protector, IDPS, Load balancing, Routing, Switching & or equivalent with other Packet broker tools
2. Ownership of the VSS Protector- Packet broker environment, including, but not limited to, Installation, Implementation, Administration, writing triggers and Engineering support
3. Exposure/knowledge of Packet broker integration with other Security tools like IDPS, WAF and SIEM technologies (ie: Splunk, HP ArcSight, etc.)
4. Must have hands-on experience with trigger creation and maintenance, Packet broker administration, Traffic analysis and providing recommendations for future configurations of triggers and also knowledge in System hardening concepts and techniques
5. Understanding of Routing, Switching, load balancing and Network Firewall technologies and operation
6. Responsible for VSS Protector product life cycle including, but not limited to, product patches, product upgrades, product redesigns, product EOL, etc.
