Templeton and Partners is looking for the below roles which will be based out of Marburg, Germany. It is an English speaking role which will last for 10 months to 1 year.
Tasks
- Budget controlling and maintenance
- Preparation and maintenance of the overall project plan, resource planning
- Document management and collaboration control
- Create project status and obtain work stream status reporting
- Task tracking
- Coordination of work stream dependencies and assignment of tasks to project members
- Preparation of escalations
- Consulting services within project
- Responsible for his/her work stream within the project including interfaces to other work streams
- Responsible for achieving work stream goals on time and on budget
- Responsible for work stream planning
- Responsible for the provisioning of:
- Technical concepts
- Service management concept
- Work packages for functional work streams
- Performs milestone, risk, resource and budget tracking within work stream
- Creation of status reports and budget tracking within work stream
- Creation of status reports
Skills
- Knowledge of project management methodology
- Experience in project planning and project controlling
- Experience in subproject steering
- Experience in working with MS Project/MS Project Server
- Tenant Backbone:
- Knowledge of O365 architecture
- Knowledge of service management processes according to ITIL
- Experience in Office 365 service design and service management
- License Management:
- Knowledge of Office 365 license model and license management
- Experience with Office 365 license management
- Project Management:
- Nice to have experience in project coordination regarding mailbox migration in Asia
- Technical knowledge of Office 365, especially Teams and Skype for Business
- Knowledge of service management processes according to ITIL
- Experience in Teams and Skype for Business implementation
- Experience in Office 365 service design and service management
