For our Client, a world wide working automotive company, we are looking for a Business Systems Analyst – ERP LN Supply Chain (M/F).You are responsible for supporting the rollout of ERP LN with particular focus on Supply Chain processes.
You will also be responsible for liaison with Finance/ Supply Chain and Commercial departments providing training and support for all associate business processes. Furthermore, the role will involve strong collaboration with the entire global team ensuring global process discipline is adhered to across all segments.
Develop a working knowledge of ERP LN in line with the PM core model
Provide expert knowledge of ERP LN commercial and supply chain modules.
Provide ongoing support to existing ERP LN sites across the Commercial and Supply Chain areas.
Develop a holistic understanding of the ERP LN order to cash cycle
Develop knowledge of iDash and iDash2 supporting the use of supply chain modules.
Develop knowledge of the iDash interface requirements.
Support interfaces to SCM Planner.
Support interfaces to MDC and have a working knowledge of GQS.
Lead training and key user development
Provide day-to-day user support
Liaison with functions to understand key business requirements global applications team to ensure business requirements are achieved.
Capture specific business requirements and where applicable translate into specifications.
Capture bugs and issues, establish work around and work with the project team and Infor to resolve issues
Understand the business processes and implement best practice whenever engaging with a new site.
Apply a proactive approach; continually look for ways to improve the system.
