For our client, a world wide working automotive company, we are looking for a Business Systems Analyst – ERP LN Finance (M/F).You are responsible for supporting ERP LN with particular focus on Finance and Supply Chain integrations.
You will be also responsible for liaison with Finance/ Supply Chain and Commercial departments providing training and support for all associate business processes. Furthermore, the role will involve strong collaboration with the entire global team ensuring global process discipline is adhered to across all regions.
Scope:
You will be a member of the global ERP LN team, with primary responsibility to support ERP LN Financial modules and associate supply chain integration. You will be based in Germany and responsible for support globally.
Provide expert knowledge of ERP LN Finance modules.
Provide ongoing support to existing ERP LN sites across Finance and Supply Chain areas.
Develop knowledge of iDash and iDash2 for Finance modules.
Lead training and key user development
Provide day-to-day user support when required.
Liaison with functions to understand key business requirements global applications team to ensure business requirements are achieved.
Capture specific business requirements and where applicable translate into specifications.
Capture bugs and issues, establish work around and work with the project team and Infor to resolve issues
Understand the business processes and implement best practice whenever engaging with a new site.
Apply a proactive approach; continually look for ways to improve the system.
Understanding of Finance, commercial and supply chain process
Experience working with highly complex system implementations and organizational processes
Good ability to work as part of a team
Proficient with Microsoft Office products
Demonstrated customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, including conflict resolution
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience working in a mixed factory/office environment preferred
Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative, including performance of duties exercising independent judgement
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and oral communication skills in the English language
Excellent organizational skills
Be prepared to support flexible working location (mobility is a key requirement)
