For our client, a world wide working automotive company, we are looking for a ERP Global Competence Manager Infor LN (M/F).You are responsible for directing and managing ERP Implementations and associated optimisation projects. Establish strong working relationships across all functional areas Finance/ Supply Chain and Commercial departments providing vison and directions for the optimal use of ERP coupled with a sound business process background. Furthermore, you will involve strong collaboration with the entire global team ensuring resources and timing plans are managed accordingly.
Scope:
You will be a Member of the global IT Team, with primary responsibility to ensure smooth running of Major ERP implementations and high-quality support thereafter.
Provides leadership and guidance for the Global ERP Team.
Ensure Resource alignment to the various ERP Projects
Provides project management capabilities and harmonizes business requirements.
Provide expert knowledge of ERP LN commercial and supply chain modules.
Manage relationship with external and internal Auditors.
Manages ongoing support to existing ERP LN sites
Develop knowledge of iDash and iDash2 for supply chain modules.
Lead training and key user development
Liaison with functions to understand key business requirements global applications team to ensure business requirements are achieved.
Capture specific business requirements and where applicable translate into specifications.
Manage and escalate bugs and issues with the suppliers, establish work around and work with the project team and Infor to resolve issues
Understand the business processes and implement best practice whenever engaging with a new site.
Apply a proactive approach; continually look for ways to improve the system.
Understanding of Finance, commercial and supply chain process
Experience working with highly complex system implementations and organizational processes
Good ability to work as part of a team
Proficient with Microsoft Office products
Demonstrated customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, including conflict resolution
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience working in a mixed factory/office environment preferred
Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative, including performance of duties exercising independent judgement
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and oral communication skills in the English language
Excellent organizational skills
Be prepared to support flexible working location (mobility is a key requirement)
