Ihre Aufgaben:
- Proactively identify and work with the team to resolve issues impacting the strategic and tactical planning for the project
- Collate, analyse and disseminate project management data and information
- Responsible to Global Project Leader for delivery and maintenance of a strategically aligned project plan which appropriately balances time, quality and costs
- Identify and facilitate resolution of issues affecting project plan and budget
- Manage collection, analysis and dissemination of project management data and information
- Ensure that the project plan is aligned with the approved strategy and appropriately balances time, quality and costs
- Update plan (weekly to bi-weekly) to ensure up-to-date information is available
- Track progress of key project milestones / activities and recommend corrective-action
- Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans
- Lead development of scenario plans to exploit new options and/ or improve the existing plan
- Collate, analyze and distribute project management information and update relevant documents and electronic systems
- Prepare and submit project documentation for the Steering Committee
- Involved in all initiative planning decisions
- Alert Global Project Leader to deviations from the project plan and budget
- Report to Global Project Leader (GPL) Global Medical Affairs
Ihre Qualifikation
- In-depth experience in a multidisciplinary environment or in line function
- In-depth experience of complete global drug development process, and more specifically in Phases III and IV
- Demonstrable project management knowledge
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Expert planning and tracking skills with high attention to detail
- Well-organized, excellent time management with respect to priorities and self-management
- Strong interpersonal skills and advanced team player with demonstrated ability to lead and influence matrix teams
- Quick action taker
- Strong verbal and expert written communication skills
- Highly numerate and logical thinker
