Main tasks:
- Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Project financials and budgeting
- Coordination of tasks and resources
- Support provision and updating of project planning, managing project risks, reporting
- Creation of presentations, decision memos
- Administrative support for the Project Manager
- Organizing meetings, checking and validating availability of invitees, booking rooms, sending out invitations; prepare meeting room with beamer and equipment
- Produce and distribute meeting minutes, incorporate review comments, publish final versions
- Extract, distribute and trigger follow-up tasks
- Tracking and chasing Request for Service process states, Change Management approvals, defect tracking dates, other orders and requests
- Collect and aggregate team status reports
- Maintain documentation libraries and lists on SharePoint and team directories; task lists, absence calendar etc.
- Creation of targeted, still modern and responsive presentations and reports
- Evaluate, review and handle templates
Main qualifications
- English, fluent in speaking and writing, German is considered a plus
- Banking experience
- Experience working as a PMO
- Highly transparent working approach, effective communication, timely escalation, pro-activity
- Willingness to take over and perform tasks regardless of role descriptions, even in case of given over qualification
- Affinity to Agile Project Management approach and classic methodologies
- Profound experience with: PowerPoint, MS Project Server, Excel, SharePoint (Administration)
