For our client in NRW we are searching for an experienced Telecommunication Principle Architect (m/f).
Responsibilities:

Telecommunication Know-How ( Unify ( OSV, H4K, UC, Xpressions, Trading- Xpert, Fault Management] ASC- Voice Recording, Topcom - fax service)

Telecommunication and Service Architect

Solution design for telecommunication

Project Management Skill (Technical and organizational, multi project management - prioritize of telecommunication projects considering dependences)

Provider Management (steering/control different external providers)
-
Steering of internal telecommunication operation team
-
German speaking (direct customer communication, onsite meetings at customer)
-
Responsible Interface for telecommunication for customer and sales team
-
Coordination (Customer, different internal Units (Sales, different operation units), external provider)
-
Consulting Skill (for SLR, new services, presales)
-
SLR Process (creating, handling, implementation)
-
Create and maintain of documentation
-
Process and operation analysis and implementation of optimizations
-
Experience with IT outsourcing preferred.
