Ihre Aufgaben:
- Our Customer has implemented the user management tool Endra to administrate Notes user IDs on approx. 120 Domino Notes servers worldwide. This tool requires a specifc Endra mail-database on each mail server. A clean-up of all Endra mail-databases on the 120 Domino servers is required.
- The consultant has the task to complete the clean-up of the Endra infrastructure on all 120 Domino servers.
- Delete the old Endra templates on all Domino servers.
- Replicate the new design of the Endra database on all 120 servers.
- Adjust the ACL according to defined standards on all Endra databases.
- Replace the old Endra design by the new Endra design on all 120 servers.
- Sign the Endra agent in each database with the server-ID.
- Quality check that all databases have the correct design and the agents are running fine.
- Document and report the change, communication with other team members and local IT offices is required.
Ihre Qualifikation
- The consultant must have good experience in the administration of Domino Notes.
- Must know how to replicate databases within a global Domino Notes infrastructure (incl. using server console)
- Must know how to configure ACLs
- Must know how to refresh & replace the design of databases (incl. using server console)
- Must know how to use Notes designer client (good knowledge)
- Additionally, the consultant must speak fluent English because he/she will be member of an international team.
- Knowledge of German is also preferred.
