As demand manager your main responsibility is handling the incoming project requests. This includes defining the scope in close collaboration with the technical staff, resource management for the project (both on people as on technical level - hardware or software), negotiate an agreement with the customer and follow-up the project so it's delivered OTOBOS.+quot; Manage project demands

Prerequisites
Mandatory knowledge and experience in following areas:
+quot; Project management
+quot; ITIL
+quot; Negotiation skills
+quot; Good knowledge of the MS Office tools
Languages
+quot; Very good knowledge of either Dutch or French and good knowledge of the other
+quot; Good knowledge of English
