The Endur Tester/Manager will ideally have the following skills and expertise:
* Proven experience in managing Endur testing projects
* Atleast 8 years of experience in managing large/medium testing projects.
* Preferably ISTQB certified or other renowned certifications.
* Preferably should have experience in one or two of these skills
o Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) - Tester
o Automation - eg Specialist in UFT, QTP, TOSCA and Selenium
o Performance - eg Specialist in Loadrunner, Neoload and LoadGen
Activities include but not limited to:
* Understanding scope and test efforts estimates
* Creating/review and approval of Test Plans
* Review and approval of Testing Strategy (Project level)
* Workpack review
* Managing testing team deliverables
* People Management (resource rotation, productivity improvements, motivation, skill set and other issue resolutions)
* Escalation management (between test team and project team or other stake holders)
* Testing Progress monitoring and control
* Timely escalation to client manager or higher management on risks & issues which impacts Project deliverables/schedules
* Working on new CR proposals (for timelines and efforts)
* Forecasting demand etc.
