Study the management and dependency of functions and data across the processes and systems
Assist in SME interviews
Create high-level system maps and prepare future IT landscape
Capture non-functional (performance, security, multilingual etc.) requirements
Evaluate technical fitment of various PLM system providers
Facilitate Assessment Workshops and POC
Recommend PLM solution and prepare implementation Roadmap
Facilitate in RFP process for PLM product selection and evaluation
Plan & manage assessment workshops and proof of concept to select a PLM system
