Task:Application & Platform Support for
- Atlassian Confluence
- Atlassian Jira
- Atlassian Bitbucket
- Atlassian Bamboo
- Atlassian Crown
- Artifactory
- Sonarqube
- Linux OS
- MSSQL
- DevOps / CI-Prozesse
Responsibilites:
- planning and execution of Software Deployments onto application servers according customer Quality Standards, using customer deployment Scripts
- conduct Quality Gate Checks incl. Communication of results to Project Management, Developers and End-Users
- provide proposals for optimization of customer DevOps Environment according to the requirements
- Analyze Application Issues in distributed systems
- Communication with Customers and Developers in German and English language
- 2nd and 3rd level support, troubleshooting
Requirements (Must have):
- good knowledge and understanding of the following (Atlassian) products: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Crucible, Artifactory, Sonarqube, Sonargraph, Docker,
- good knowledge and understanding of Continuous Delivery and DevOps processes
- good knowledge of Java Development
- good knowledge of Unix/Linux OS
- good knowledge of MSSQL
- good knowledge of GIT, SVN and CVS
- good knowledge of Build/ dependency management tools (e.g. maven, npm, bower, …)
