- Outtasking of international mobile communication tasks to our clients Multinational Corporations as one single, reliable partner saves the customer time and money and enables to work more efficiently. - Expectations towards consultant are to prepare and develop the MNC service concept regarding outasking / outsourcing for mobile services.First task is to prepare the milestone project plan related to below-mentioned deliverables:
Main deliverables are:
- MNC Service project coordination – project management of particular project areas (MNC cubed project)
- Business development - preparation and development of MNC service concept regarding outasking / outsourcing for mobile services;
- Process management – process and organizational design development according to MNC process architecture model; other process relevant support – process methodology review and concept preparation for individual service topics based on need.
Project setup
- Project is being led by MNC Sales and PreSales and responsibility of the consultant is expected in the area of sub-project (MNC Service) lead.
- Service project coordination
- project management of particular project areas (MNC cubed project)
- Cooperation with internal team of sales, presales and marketing on solution for outsasking, outsorcing for mobile services global integrated solutions.
- Project coordination responsibility within MNC Service workstream (responsibility for delivering subproject plan and work packages);
- Status providing to the responsible PMO or a project lead;
- Business development - preparation and development of MNC service concept regarding outasking / outsourcing for mobile services;
- Preparation of MNC service outasking / outsourcing concept with consideration of different subjects. FreeMove, MNC central units, NatCos, MNOs, third party providers, etc.
- Feasibility study of possible solutions regarding outsourcing / outtasking in relevance to MNC Services
- Detailed design preparation

- Process - Program and project management experiences in MNC or international business

- ITIL, eTOM, SID (data modelling) knowledge
- Strong experiences in Telecommunication industry of mobile operators
