Business Requirement Engineer (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Understand End to End business workflow in Insurance and operational activities
- Understand Business functions & Business Requirements and translate those for Testing team
- Articulate and discuss queries and open questions from Testing team with Development and Business teams
- Understand hands-on testing activities based on program priorities
- Understand how to identify & define test data based test needs
- Understand integrated business eco-system
- Work on Integration Tests
- Understand End to End test environment and build End to End tests for the program
Main qualifications
- German and English language proficiency
- Good communication skills (client facing)
- Team player mentality and working knowledge of Agile way of working
- Coordination skills and able to build connects in and around stream
- Able to work with culturally diverse team spread across Germany, India & Mexico
- Able to sustain change in dynamic program environment
