My client, a leading German telecommunication provider with headquarter in Cologne, is currently looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager for am SAFe - Lean-Agile Framework from mid-May until the end of the year. The role can be executed either in Cologne or Stuttgart.
Senior Program Manager - SAFe - Lean-Agile Framework
Project background: To provide program-based support in editing projects and requirements that must be applied to each stream and PI scheduling. Part of the area will be transferred to the SAFe methodology.

Duties:
- Coordination, control and sorting of multiple projects and technical requirements in the carrier environment (possibly coordinating 20 - 30 project managers and contact persons)
- Set priorities within the projects taking into account different requirements from different responsibilities
- Independent controlling, coordination and merging of projects taking into account the SAFE Lean-Agile Principles (Scaled Agile Framework)
Skills and qualifications:
- Very profound knowledge of the SAFe methods and principles (no Scrum-Master !) already evident in the CV, already applied in the project
- Knowledge of products from the carrier or telecom environment (expertise Telko/Carrier must have for understanding the requirements and subprojects)
- From the CV evident, profound project experience in the multi-project management, program management, multi-project coordination (seniority important)
- Strong in communication at all levels of contact, strong and communicative personality
- Very good German and English language skills (oral and written)
- Willingness to travel: Travel to Amsterdam required (frequency difficult to assess, but sometimes weekly or biweekly)
