My client, a leading German telecommunication company based in Cologne, is currently looking for an experienced business analyst on a freelance basis. The project will start on the 30th April 2018 and last for 3 months with an option of a further extension. You will be responsible for the definition and documentation of business requirements within the field of CRM.
Business Analyst:
The consumer department requires support from an experienced business analyst for various projects, focusing on product launches as well as activities within the field of CRM.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting the division by independently including, defining and analysing requirements among all project stakeholders
- Structuring and written documentation of business requirements (Documentation in English!)
- Analysis of the impact of requirements on existing processes, cooperation with external partner companies and IT systems
- Cooperation with process and project management
- Collaboration with system analysts and architects on configuration and customization of relevant systems
Required knowledge and qualifications:
- Profound project experience in the field of business analysis as well as the definition and documentation of business requirements (CV evident)
- Project experience within the launch of new products and solutions (Knowledge of related process within the field billing and CRM)
- Very strong communication skills, also at different project levels and with different contact persons
- Good understanding of the documentation of processes and requirements
- Project experience in the telecommunications industry and/or in the field of customer operations
- Very good German and English language skills
Additional information:
- Part time: Minimum 4 days
- Remote possibility: Mon-Thu onsite, Friday remote possibility given
