Your Skills
- Project and People Management Skills
- Technical background of migrations (300+ Servers, 15000+ users, 40000+ clients) is a must
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 10, Exchange and ActiveDirectory
- Experience in data center and Application Server, user, and Active Directory migrations
- Representation/Business & CXO lvl communication capable
- Project Management Certification a plus (Prince2/PMI/APM/IPMA/PPM)
- Consolidation Migration Project experience, ie multiple sites being moved to a central DataCenter
- Experience leading large, mixed (supplier/client) project teams
- English and German (fluent) is a must
Your Tasks
- Project and People Management
- Distributing teams, planning teams' tasks, communicating with teams, derive measures.
- Proper project management with scheduling, phase planning and coordination.
- Collecting data on client sites
- Support the migration of the users and applications into a new IT environment from a multitude of client site and environments
- Regularly visit different client sites throughout Germany (eg, FFM/HAM/other German cities (~4d/m in Hamburg, rest is travel)
- Mainly work onsite the end clients' sites in Germany, can also be in Europe
