For one of our leading client in IT Consulting Domain, we are currently looking for candidates for the Position Remedy Implementor/ Developer for Cologne LocationPOSITION ID: 3296
ROLE
• Installation, customizing, development, testing and documentation of the BMC Remedy 9 system as a new ITSM platform
• Handover of the ITSM platform to operations
SKILLS
Several years of experience with BMC Remedy (ITSM configuration, change management, design, implementation and service request management modules) desirable
• Experience in the development and programming of Remedy applications
• Knowledge of the common programming languages ARS-Perl, Java, XML, HTLM, as well as SQL and MongoDB know-how
• Experience with process analysis, design and realization of complex interfaces ITIL know-how (certification desirable)
• Sound technical IT training
• High commitment, flexibility, initiative and team spirit
• Very good knowledge of Windows server operating systems, especially Windows Server 2012R2
