Beschreibung

* Project Objectives: For all Airbus Group customers, develop a harmonised approach to measure Customer confidence levels.

* Survey Management:
* Define customer-s lists and Point of Contacts, assess overlap (if any) between product lines
* Harmonize Questionnaires as appropriate
* Define timelines, brief/train sales people/interviewers etc.

* Data Management:
* Ensure data consistency across Product Line and countries.
* Feed into process and tools MC.CR (=SE.KA), CRM systems (MySales being work in progress)

* Coordinate information flow with countries and Product Lines to optimize for each entity

* Prepare reporting for action plan definition with quality

* Feed communication back to customers, as appropriate

* Studies of Economics and strong focus on Customer and related topics
* Expertise in Defence products
* Knowledge of international defence and product markets
* Knowledge of global customers
* Fluency in Spanish and German, English also mandatory
* Business travel on regular basis
* Team player, customer focus, open-minded, high flexibility, stress resistent
