For one of our clients we are looking for a Interim ManagerMain responsibilities:
· Contribution to the development and delivery of the functional strategy and business plans for the key 360 applications and service platforms
· The effective management of teams and suppliers
· The design, implementation and delivery of support services (systems, processes, products & services and reporting requirements) to key stakeholders, driven by business demands
· Accountable that PSD Operations meets or exceeds it’s services levels/key performance measures & indicators
· Seeking and implementing continuous improvements in systems, processes, products & services and reporting in line with current technology and business practices
· Delivering support services within the allocated resources
· Maintaining relationships with internal end external stakeholders and ensure harmonisation with other deployment teams, upstream support organisations and development departments An special challenge for the role is the integration of agile approaches and internet best practice with traditional mobile telecommunications management.
Required skills:
· Demonstrated capability/competence in leading and managing a team
· Deep understanding of operational procedures and process standards for the management of complex IT / Web infrastructures (e.g. ITIL)
· Project Management of multiple/parallel development activities
· Well developed technical knowledge across a broad range of IT topics
· Broad Experience in conducting contract negotiations with customers and suppliers
· Ability to work in an international environment and manage an international team
· Ability to accomplish goals
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proven team player
· Strong decision making skills
· Fluent English
Required experience:
· Min. 5 years of experience in IT service provisioning in the internet and telecommunication industry
· Broad experience and knowledge of mobile internet communication, services and integrations, as well as software development
Location: Düsseldorf (will request regular travel to the UK)
