Ihre Aufgaben:
- Assistance in project planning (development plan, updates and definition of critical path and issues)
- Updating the development schedules (timelines, contents)
- Ability to prepare, review or update essential documents e.g. IB, clinical protocols, minutes of team meetings etc.
- Steering and monitoring the project timeline, which includes the high quality execution of all aspects of development (project control)
- Assistance to prepare milestone and decision point documents
- Assistance in risk management processes to develop appropriate mitigation and contingency plans maintaining routine communication with local teams in the US, Japan, Spain and Italy
Ihre Qualifikation
- Deep experience in project management for the pharmaceutical industry
- Background in life sciences, pharmacy, or medicine
- Excellent command of the English und German language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of and experience with integrated drug development
- Ability to work in multinational teams
- Good experience with MS Project
