Infrasctructure Team Leader (m/w)

Ihre Aufgaben:
- You will be responsible for overseeing major deployment programs while working with European and global IT
- Your objective will be to manage infrastructure projects, third level support and datacenter supervision and sustaining
- The successful professional will be working across multiple groups including operational teams, vendors, consultants and other regions of the group
- The candidate must be able to cope with factors like uncertainty, rapid change, and aggressive deadlines that are common in rapidly growing companies with evolving business models
- This individual will track all aspects of a given project, from site selection to implementation and communicate progress, issues, and status to all relevant parties
Ihre Qualifikation
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent, MBA is desired
- Familiar with a data center environment
- Effective oral and written communication skills (English, French would be benefitial) with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to understand complex technical operations environments, communicate issues and solution approaches to all levels of the organization is imperative for success in this position
- Experience of operational infrastructure team management
- Ability to handle multiple assignments of competing priorities and ability to find effective resolutions
- Experience within complex organizational settings (e.g. different time zone, geographic dispersion, etc.)
- 24x7 availability, experience in a production operations environment, such as NOCs.
- Solid grasp of networking (Cisco Network and Voice), experience with storage/SA/data protection, virtual environments (VM WARE) and thorough understanding of how a data center is built and how they are connected (inter/intra)
