Ihre Aufgaben:
- Be responsible for supporting remote requests from field engineers
- Be responsible for administrative and operational requests related to support of Rollout organisation.
- Assist the operational teams by administrative tasks delegated to complete site acceptance processes.
- Password management, milestone follow up (Netone) and other project tooling.
- Support rollout coordination and be a constant point of access from field to office.
- Be a constant point of access for customer requests in case of absence of colleagues.
- Be housekeeper for office and rollout tools as well as follow up on IT requests
- Assist with administrative tasks related to project reporting and processes.
Ihre Qualifikation
- Used to working with databases .
- Flexible team player, quick and independent organizer, decisive personality.
- Skilled in using actual IT tools like MS Office tools .
- Fluency in spoken and written English and German .
- Be familiar with project management.
- Strong communication and team work ability .
- Good work seeker and high cultural awareness .
- Previous experience in a telecom environment is a plus but not mandatory.
