For our client we are searching for an Unix Expert (f/m).Tasks:
- Support for IT Infrastructure Monitoring and Reporting environment
- Analyse + perform migration of systems/applications
- technical analysis of proposed new technical monitoring solutions
- technical documentation related to the ERM environment
- Plan, prepare, test + implement maintenance activities
- Development of implementation plans and co-ordination
- on-call availability + occasional week-end work
- Maintenance + development of IT Service Management (ITSM) Portal
Skills:
- Sun Solaris + Linux
- ERM
- shell scripting (PHP..)
- TCP/IP, Ethernet as well as DHCP, DNS, SNMP, SMTP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, NTP, Radius, etc.
- analysis and support of Enterprise Internet infrastructures using several Internet Service Providers
- ITIL
- systems management tool (CA eHealth Suite) and/or other IT Infrastructure monitoring and reporting systems such as HP Openview Network Node Manager (NNM), CA's Spectrum or IBM's Tivoli
- Marval Pursuit / Trakit
- Nmap, Wireshark
- Crystal Reports + GNUPlot, Ploticus, Samba
- Apache
- Oracle
- VMware
Our clients needs this position as AÜG = Arbeitnehmerüberlassung = German Law on Labour! That means that you have to state a monthly salary + get paid leave days etc. (like a temporary employment)
