Our client is looking for a MIS / ERP Core Banking Consultant in West Bank.Tasks:
- Preparation of Technical ToR for Core Banking Application/ ERP solution and Coordination of all ICT related missions
- Assistance to the different directorates related to description of IT functionalities needed for performing the directorate's responsibilities, functionalities that are not included in the Core Banking Solution
- Design of functional descriptions of work flows and requirements to IT applications that can support the daily work of the selected departments
- Implementation of the core banking solution / ERP solution
Skill:
- Work experience in a Central Banking environment (must have)
- MIS (Management Information System)
- In-depth experience with different ERP solutions
- ICT applications, networking technologies, establishing of databases, designing central banking general ledger packages and networking strategies
- Ability to advise, work and negotiate at a senior level
- Strong management, organisational, analytical, and communication skills
- Solid understanding of business operations such as Accounting, Finance +amp; Treasury Management
- At least 10 years relevant experience
- At least 3 years experience of international projects
- Implemented at least one relevant MIS project
Nice-to-have:
- Development of IT applications
- Setting up procedures and systems for accounting and auditing
- Implementation of SWIFT, including development of procedures, controls and training
- Implementation of international accounting standards
- Design of operational and information systems, design of multi-branch, multi-currency and multi-purpose financial reports
- Accounting applications e.g. budgets, statutory accounting, tax, administration and procedures, financial control
