For one of our clients we are looking for an IT Duty ManagerTask Description:
• Ensuring the SLAs as well as the operational availability
• Provision of required reports
• Change Request management including effort estimation, risk assessment, prioritization and task creation
• Technical problem management
• Coordination of error fixing and emergency maintenance
• Creation and maintenance of operational documentation
Required skills:
• Handling of complex, operational IT-Services
• Understanding the IT-Service approach based on ITIL, especially in IT Service-Support, IT-Service Delivery, Lifecycle-Processes
• Infrastructures within heterogenic environments; High-Availability solutions, Virtualization technologies
• Comprehension of multi-layer, Middleware-based applications with high user involvement (J2EE, ESB, SOA)
• Distinct communication skills
