Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir einen Business Analyst PeopleSoft CRMZielsetzung der Aufgabe:
· Capturing and analysis of new business requirements and functionality in the area of CRM.
· Interface between the requirement owners and the software development team with the goal to implement the requirements on IT systems in the area of PeopleSoft CRM.
· Creation of analysis documents and providing effort estimations
· Good requirement management and negotiation skills in filtering out bad requirements affecting the application.
Hauptaufgaben:
· Business analysis for CRM
· Communication and agreement with internal customers and other stakeholders, incl. other IT-systems (need very high communication skills)
· Assessment of User/ Business Requirements and effects on other systems in close cooperation with the other involved IT systems/applications
· Creation and review of analysis documentation
· Structured documentation of the work results
· Documentation of detailed application requirements including functional description of business processes and specification of the requirements
· Observance of the processes, quality standards (e.g. document review, etc.)
· Proactive team player
Gewünschte Skills sind wie folgt:
· Excellent knowledge of the software development process based on Rational Unified Process
· Telco experience (CRM)
· PeopleSoft CRM 8.4 (Customer, Account, Product, Order Capture, Service Management, Support, BORM etc)
· PeopleTools 8.47.x (PeopleCode, Application Engine, Business Process etc)
· Oracle 9.x/10
· PL/SQL
· Rational Tools (Clear Quest, Rational Rose, Requisite Pro)
