Your task is to ensure the continuous delivery of operational processes. To do this, you analyze Logfiles and initialize the troubleshooting.

You are the ideal candidate if you are fluent in English.

Requirements:
must-have:
- operations experience in monitoring, incident-, problem- and change-management
- good technical understanding of IT architecture and system design
- know-how in RedHat and scripting (Shell, Python)
- advanced Knowledge of SQL/DLL
- fluent in English
