A global organisation is looking to expand its thriving team with the addition of an experienced freelance Operations Expert (m/f). As Operations Expert (m/f), you will be responsible for:
- Coverage of several HR related matters (i.e. on-/off-boarding management, absence tracking, data migration preparation etc.)
- Support team members in all three international locations with project tasks or extraordinary matters
What skills should you have?
- PEOPLESOFT application experience OR Experience with HR IT environment
- Advanced WINDOWS/MS-Office/OUTLOOK knowledge
- Self-exploring attitude in unknown applications
- Ability to build networks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German language
- Valid working permit for EU
