For our client we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (m/f)The client requires consultancy services in order to undertake an analysis in support of two projects.
[Project A]
Project related to market infrastructure. Tasks include user requirement analysis and definition of requirements in the field of collection and analysis of financial statistics.
[Project B]
Project related to banknotes. Tasks include structuring, detailing and complementing functional and non-functional requirements..
Scope of services and activities for both projects:
Organisation of internal workshops and co-ordination of remote Technical Groups taking into account the data and information required for this activity and the project schedule.
Formulation of Service Management procedures (relating to the ECB's ISO20000 standards) and particularly service level requirements
Development of business case and approach to the analysis work
Requirement engineering activities based on formal techniques and methods (analysing, capturing and managing requirements) to be performed on the DOORS requirement management tool
Modelling business processes on the basis of tools such as Aris
