• Support of share migrations between servers in cooperation with international teams
• Analyzing and fixing accessibility and performance issues
- VMWare vSphere environment
• Creation and management of virtual machines via vSphere Management console and vCloud portal
• Access management
- Event Management (= LogDateien auswerten)/resolution of system-generated error message
- Windows Servers and clients
• Analyzing and fixing operating system errors
