For our client we are searching for a Senior Business Analyst (f/m).Tasks:
- work as part of the DARWIN Competency Service Team which is responsible for business process and application support for the application, which encompasses:
- Strategic management
- Application Control
- Management of business change requests
- Application support
- Training
- User community management
DARWIN aims to:
- Provide ESRB with tools that enable them to efficiently manage the increasing number of documents and enhance the efficient use of knowledge by facilitating the sharing of documents and the collaborative work
- establish prioritisation processes for the various activities
- optimise the working processes
- Developing and documenting a process with relevant templates to collect requirements from business areas and from within ALR
- Contribute to the definition of application maintenance activates under the lead of the IT department
Skills:
- Experience in the analysis, modelling and documentation of business processes
- Knowledge in Service Management procedures and standards (e.g. ITIL, ISO20000)
Our clients needs this position as AÜG = Arbeitnehmerüberlassung = German Law on Labour! That means that you have to state a monthly salary and get paid leave days etc. (like a temporary employment)!!
Location: Frankfurt
Start: 01.06.
Duration: 6 months +
