Wir suchen einen EMC Engineer – Wireless Charging Automotive (m/w) in Mannheim:Aufgaben:
• Analyze worldwide EMC norms and standards and carry out risk analysis
• Establish and conduct EMC technical reviews with subcontractors and design engineers to ensure EMC requirements are met
• Identify and perform activities to ensure legislative requirements are met
• Appoint and monitor independent bodies to review and assess design documents
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical EMC issues
• Preparation and execution of test plans and preparing test reports
• Present reports both internally and to customers
Qualifikationen:
• Electrical Engineering professional degree or equivalent
• 5 years engineering experience in automotive and/or e-mobility business
• Thorough understanding of EMC design, testing of products and highly skilled in EMC/ESD debug techniques
• Prior experience and/or education in EMC, ESD, RF and signal integrity
• Prior experience of UL/CE product certification.
• Thorough understanding of worldwide EMC regulations, standards and test methods
• Hands-on experience with test equipment/EMC chambers
• Knowledge in IEC 61000 series
• Willingness to travel within Germany, up to 20%
