Location: Duesseldorf, Germany

Tasks and responsibilities:
Coaching of Agile Project Management, especially with focus on multi agile projects (scrum of scrum).
1:
- Perform an analysis of the status quo and give guidance for further development Content
- Review of a whole sprint cycle
- Review of all related meetings and procedures *
- Review of governance approach
- Interviews Expected Outcome
- Analysis of status quo
- Tangible improvement proposals
- Definition of appropriate KPIs to measure success of applied improvements Task
2:
- Apply agreed improvements and monitor over time Content
- On site presence during retrospectives
- On site presence for agility coaching (up to 1 day / week, depending on actual need)
- Joint review of improvements with Governance, POs and SMs Expected Outcome
- Overview of applied improvements
- Update of KPI monitor per sprint
- of the effectiveness of the measures 5 months, 30 days, English is a must, German nice-to-have
