Ihre Aufgaben:
- You wil be the main point of contact for incident and problem management, liaising between end users, IT product managers and external vendors (hosting company)
- You will report, follow up and analyse problems and identify best resolution solutions
- You will analyse incidents, follow-up with support and hosting company and communicate with clients regarding issue status
Ihre Qualifikation
- You are a proactive professional with a very structured approach
- You are fluent in English and ideally also in French
- You have a proven track of liaising with external vendors within a fast-paced mullti national environment
