Senovo IT is urgently looking for an Oracle Application Database Administrator for a 1 year project in Munich.
The perfect candidate should have experience in Oracle ERP V 11.0.3, Database 8i,Oracle PL/SQL.
The scope of the project consists of:
Implementation and handling issues related to RAC, RMAN, LDAP, OCM, etc
Troubleshooting the Issues related to Oracle Databases
Backups and Recoveries
Performance Tuning
Oracle Applications Administration
Implementation and troubleshooting the Issues related to Oracle Apps 8i and 8i Apache, Forms, Concurrent Managers, PCP, Shared APPL_TOP, External Servers, etc
Patching and Cloning of 8i instance
Support and Administration of Production and Test Instances.
Maintaining Oracle Application File System using AD Utilities and Autoconfig
Hands on experience in running Autoconfig
Cloning Oracle Applications from production to test using Rapidclone
Cloning of Oracle Applications using both Hot and Cold backups
Monitoring the Oracle Application components availability
Applying various Patches using adpatch on Application file System
Reduce the timelines of patching using features like defaults file and admrgpch
Applying database patches using OPatch utility
Perform System administration activities like creating users, assigning
Responsibilities, defining custom managers
Changing APPS password and Application database users' password or security
Monitoring tablespaces for space usage and adding required space whenever it reaches threshold
Taking backups of database using cold and hot backups
Purging of Log files and Archives after taking backup
Raising Service Requests and follow up Oracle Support to resolve issues
