Ihre Aufgaben:
- Managing the day-to-day activities for the global Microsoft Office & Outlook client suite
- You will be responsible to pro-actively increase end-user productivity by optimally configuring and updating the functionality provided in the Microsoft Office suite
- Routine operational activities involve basic global IT-processes such as incident, problem and change management related to Microsoft Office & Outlook
- You will also be responsible for the active management of the technical life-cycle of the Microsoft Office suite (updates, fixes, major upgrades, etc.) and notably developing the future Microsoft Office suite roadmap
- This position ensures the interoperability of the Microsoft Office client within the enterprise architecture (interfaces with server applications, operating system changes, changes in client requirements or integration with other desktop applications)
- Additionally, the service coordinator is responsible for coordinating the creation and continuous updating of Microsoft Office training material
Ihre Qualifikation
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook client integration, including initial scoping, design, development, integration, testing, deployment and maintenance, support and operation of Office and client technology within the overall system landscape, especially the backend framework of the Microsoft system (e.g. good knowledge of MS-Exchange, Sharepoint, OCS, MS-SQL service)

- Fluent in English (both verbal and written), good command of German is desirable (written & spoken)

- Flexibility and willingness to travel (approximately 20% of total work time )
- Appropriate Microsoft certifications or an ITIL-certification is a plus
- Project management experience in international settings, experience in managing external service providers or team leading experience are benefitial
